Terms and Conditions | Meet and Greet Dhaka Airport
Welcome to Meet and Greet Dhaka Airport. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure that we provide the highest level of airport assistance service in Dhaka for all our international and domestic travelers.
1. Booking & Reservations
Accuracy of Information: Customers must provide accurate flight details (Airline, Flight Number, and Arrival/Departure time). We are not responsible for service failures due to incorrect information.
Lead Time: We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee staff and vehicle availability.
Confirmation: A booking is only considered “Confirmed” once you receive a confirmation message or email from our team.
2. Pricing & Payment Policy
Flexible Pricing: As stated on our service pages, our rates for car rentals and transfers are distance-based. Prices are fixed only after a direct consultation with the client.
Currency: Prices may be quoted in BDT or USD.
Tolls & Parking: Unless otherwise stated in your custom quote, airport parking fees and highway tolls are to be covered by the client.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans change. Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellations > 24 Hours: Full refund (minus any bank processing fees).
Cancellations < 12 Hours: A 50% cancellation fee may apply due to scheduled staff and vehicle deployment.
No-Show: If a passenger fails to meet our greeter or driver without prior notice, the full booking amount is non-refundable.
4. Flight Delays & Changes
Arrivals: we monitor flights in real-time at Dhaka Airport. If your flight is delayed, our team will adjust the pickup time at no extra cost.
Major Delays: If a flight is delayed by more than 4 hours or rescheduled to a different day, the client must notify us immediately to re-arrange the service.
5. Conduct & Safety
Illegal Items: We strictly follow Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) rules. We will not assist with the transport of prohibited items.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying abusive behavior or intoxication.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we provide expert Dhaka Airport assistance, we are not liable for:
Delays caused by airline scheduling or technical faults.
Delays caused by extreme traffic conditions in Dhaka.
Personal items lost or damaged that were not under the direct care of our porters.
